Jus Solis:
O Jus Solis é aquele que dá o direito através do lugar onde nasceu, por isso, carrega o significado direito de solo.
Jus Sanguinis e a Cidadania:
Como sabem, a cidadania italiana pode se conquistar através de ancestralidade ou casamento, porém, neste parágrafo, focaremos na ancestralidade. Quando um requerente vem até a nossa equipe, falando sobre seu bisavô ou seu avô, por exemplo, este tem o direito de sangue!
